It starts with a phone interview, if they like you, you are invited in for a in-person first interview. If you match what they are looking for and vice-versa there is a second interview. The second interview is when the final decision is made. The interviews are usually one-on-one.

The first interview was a phone interview , the recruiter is asking about your availability and where you live , and if you are willing to work weekends . The second interview is with a hiring manager on zoom She asked about KPIs , strengths and weakness and how you deal with employees . The third interview is with a operation manager , she asked about my resume , and manager experience

Very friendly and professional , they were ready with logical questions i was relaxed , interview was about 30 minutes, i was called agsin for a second interview and all went pretty good

It's a 3 step process that is enjoyable to go through. The first interview is via video call. The second interview is in person. The third one depends on the Director's schedule and availability.
