Interview is easy. They ask experience and why do you want to work for he company. It’s usually one round franchises are less competitive than corporate. Training is usually a week long.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
