I applied online during christmas time because when i called they said they were hiring after the holidays

it was very basic i had a second interview that same day with the franchise manager when he was done she came back and told me shell contact me back by the end of the week im nervous and not sure i will get a call back

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
