Easy. Interview online, in person w/ wax skill test, and management interview. Nothing outside of Esty basics. Depending on your area and which franchise, since every place is different but share the same techniques. It helps to know someone who's worked there before since its such a paint by numbers business. Also, big on sales v. technique

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
