This was the first interview and was over the phone. She was to get back to me and other applicants by the following Saturday. Email was to state results such as I would go on to second interview or they went with another applicant. I never heard back,

The interview process was straightforward, involving two initial rounds. I was ultimately hired at a different location. The job role was clearly defined, leaving little room for confusion about the responsibilities.

Three rounds of interviews. First is a phone interview, second is with the store manager, the third interview is required if you are applying for management roles. This interview is with the franchise owners

A very odd interview for someone going into management. It felt very personal & didn’t ask any experience questions. But overall okay! I have a new interview for another center.
