The interview process with this organisation was a multi-stage interview process combining face to face meetings with the Line Manager at the new Leeds office and remote phone + skype interviews with the executive team in Brighton. The role is working from a new Northern office so it was imperative to be in contact with both the executive team in Brighton and the Manager in Leeds. The interview process was both informative and rigorous, giving both me and the employer plenty of information on each other and allowing us to assess our fit with each other in terms of mentality, approach, attitude, and motivation. Overall it was a very positive experience and allowed me to make a decision confident that I had all the information. I was offered the position and was delighted to accept.
