I did an online interview and it went pretty well. After it, they asked me for all my work certificates and a reference check. Through all of this, the recruiter was very responsive and everything was going great. I did all of this and they ghosted me. I tried sending multiple follow-up emails, but no response. I received a generic automated email about two months later saying I didn't get the job. Very unprofessional and dissapointing, honestly.
