There will be around three round of interview.First will be the written round followed by the face to face interview and then the HR round. The written round comprises of case studies, excel and power point presentation.

Entretien
First phone interview with HR - mostly background interview, past experiences, why Euromonitor, some bits of competency interview. Fairly easy. Second round with user: first 5-10 minutes on competency/ experience, followed by full 20 minutes of roleplay interview. Interviewer acted as client and you need to act as a consultant with approach, questions, structure, and feedback. Tough approach as you are judged by the quality of your questions, how it helps you scope the approach, and whether it extracts as much meaningful information as desired.

Fairly generic competency: past experiences, collaboration, persuasion, etc Acted as a consultant for a client (the interviewer): need to ask as many questions in the span of 20 minutes regarding the client’s brief and problem - ultimately to help shape your research approach / budget/ timeline, etc.

2nd round - prepare a 5 slides PPT and a presentation
the last round was with three people, but they don't seem to have any questions whatsoever. I'm quite confident with my presentation, and the following silence and no meaningful questions, well, not normal I would say.
