First is a screening phone call from HR. Then is a video Interview regarding requirements and daily tasks in this job. A group of staffs including manager, group leaders and a member of HR department talked with me.

They found me via my LinkedIn profile and invited me to interview. After a brief introductory phone interview I was scheduled for a MS Teams virtual video interview with four of the senior department heads; two at a time for 45 minutes each. The second part went long because we were having a good discussion. The questions were reasonable and non-technical. The interview was very comfortable and not the least bit intimidating. Actually, one of the most pleasant interviews I have had.
