Application process is online (application form, resume, and cover letter). Wait 1-4 weeks for ~30 minute phone screen, follow by on-site interview with HR, direct supervisor(s), and manager(s) for an hour each. You will get a response generally within one week. Training is first shift (regardless which shift you were hired for) for up to 4 weeks depending on position.

Interview was like speed dating, got 10 min with 5 different people. Surprisingly pleasant, got to meet most of the Group leaders in the department and out of the 5 of us that were at the interview they hired 3 of us for the department.

Entretien
It was an awkward form of speed dating, where we were brought in as a group and then we were separated and the interviewers rotated through us. Each interviewer has a sheet with a different category of questions to ask each candidate.
