There was a Phone interview and then on-site interview with a couple folks . They will use a variety of scenarios and you list an example of a when you did it or could answer the question.

screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
