Received ~10min phone call from recruiter. Had a ~15 min follow up with a lab manager. Then ~2 hr virtual interview (coronavirus time) with multiple scientists. Received offer about 1 week after. Questions were pretty straightforward. They were honest about the requirements and expectations for the position. People seemed very nice and honest. The salary offered was shockingly below the industry average. They were willing to negotiate, but the initial offer would have made negotiating a more acceptable salary impossible.
