Initial phone screening followed by a virtual Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring managers. The interview began with one of the hiring mangers describing the company and how it was operated. Follow by a breif mostly non-technical questioning.

Very short interview process, interview was only 15 minutes. Seemed like they had selected another candidate and were interviewing me for the courtesy, waste of everyone's time. Interviewer did not seem like he was very knowledgeable.

The interview process was fast and questions were manageable. They asked some questions such as why did I choose this instead of other labs, There is a random question that I did not expect, which was how long I would want to stay in the lab, Was kind of caught off guard for that question,
