A waste of time phone interview. Recruiter was more interested hearing platitudes than about my experience. Typed more than he listened. Canned generic meaningless questions. Experience ignored, referrals ignored. They follow a template and want BS responses. Recruiter knew next to nothing about the actual position and without doubt had zero lab experience. Don’t expect a timely response.

Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief

screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
