I was invited to an interview about a week after I sent my resume on LinkedIn. The first interview was not particularly challenging and was with hr. The next interview was set a few days later and was technical. I was told that they were looking for a React developer, but this is not true. The questions were about web components, because this company doesn't use new tools and has a bunch of old projects and legacy code that were implemented 7-8 years ago and you have to maintain them. I think this is not good for a developer at all, because now everyone is using new tools and AI and when you leave this company you will not be able to find a job anywhere.
The next thing is that they did not have any special tools to analyze and review the performance of the project in production! That is, saying if there was a problem or not is not an issue that really shows the technical weakness of the company.
I should also mention that the interviewers' behavior was very cold and unprofessional and they were not at all willing to answer your questions.

Question 1
Most of the questions were about old technologies, like how to implement web components with vanilla JavaScript and write styles for them.

The interview process was very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and did not try to make things any more difficult than they needed to be. I think it would have been a great place to work at.

One of the more pleasant interviewing experiences.
I submitted my application online via Glassdoor and got an invite to a screening interview. The interview was very relaxed and we just talked a bit about my background and the role. I got a take-home technical test in the mail the same day.
After submitting the solution, I got invited to another interview where we had a chat about my solution. We talked about the code I wrote (I got a review in the mail before the interview), what was suboptimal, how it could be improved, etc.
After the second interview, I got another interview invite with HR to see if I would be a good cultural fit. This interview was very relaxed (dare I say fun?) and we talked a bit more about the company (history, current trajectory, projects, etc).
This was the final interview and after this, I got an offer in the mail.
All interviews were conducted online via Microsoft teams.
