Company lacks any sense of structure, HR did not have clarity about anything, for every question the answer is ill check and let you know and no response. Overall poor process. Don't waste your time.
-Technical round was taken by some external company. 2nd round was fine. 3rd round had unnecessary scare tactics to justify their extremely low ball offer and they expect people to work 10-11hrs a day from office everyday.
Overall verdict: Don't waste your time interviewing for this company.

This looks like completely unprofessional setup with interviewer discussing salaries in technical rounds. Don't interview here if you value your time and career.
