I went through multiple rounds of interviews — the first-round assessment, the second technical round, and finally a discussion with the Head of Data Engineering. After investing almost 2–3 weeks in the process as an immediate joiner, I was suddenly informed that the position was on hold. What was disappointing is that there had been no communication earlier, and shortly after, I noticed the same role being reposted on LinkedIn and Naukri. This reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and efforts. A reminder to job seekers: be cautious about organizations that handle their hiring process this way.
