First interview was with the hiring manager and department head. Pretty standard questions about knowledge, experience, skills, and background. Second interview was much more mellow and fluid with HR. Much more normal questions about strengths weaknesses, etc. Entire process took 3 weeks. Very typical process and nice people every step of the way.
