      The interviewer initially forgot about the first online interview and then rescheduled it for the next day. After that, I was invited to participate in the second round, which included a task. However, despite sending a follow-up email, I didn't receive any response from the interviewer.

      I want to add a bit of balance knowing that people with positive or neutral experiences are less likely to leave reviews! My experience interviewing with Euc was probably one of the best ones I've had in my career. I was referred to the Talent Acquisition Manager by a friend and colleague who'd been approached and thought I'd be a good fit for the role. I had an initial screening call with talent acquisition, which was very friendly but also thorough. We talked about my experience, my background, salary expectations, and the role itself. After the screening call, I was through to the interviews. I was sent an invitation to book for a date and time that suited me. They also shared an extremely helpful doc which walked you through the whole interview process, and had some tips on how best to approach each stage. Stage 1 was a run through of my knowledge and experience with the hiring manager. Stage 2 was a take-home, which was beefy and took me a while, but thoughtful and relevant to the role. Stage 3 was talking through the task and being (respectfully!) challenged, then finally a culture interview with a colleague. Throughout the whole process, the communication was clear and incredibly responsive. From first contact to offer was about 1 month, and at each step I was kept informed. Eucalyptus clearly have really high standards in their hiring (which shows in their employees - they are the sharpest people I've ever worked with), and the process is pretty rigorous. But it was made clear from the offset what to expect. I think the only thing I would suggest is making interview questions available in advance. I've experienced this in previous roles and it worked really well on both sides, and helps level things out for people who are brilliant but might find it challenging to process on the spot.
