I neither think negatively or positively about the process, but it was long. Very long. I started interviewing for the role in early October. Over the course of 2 months I had 4 phone calls, 2 video calls, and 1 in person interview with 4 people. By the time I I had done the 4 phone calls and 2 video calls I sort of assumed the in person interview would be more of a formality because what else is left to discuss. I ended up not receiving an offer. All in all, everyone I spoke to seemed to be very kind, I just wish the process had been a bit more streamlined.
