An employee directed my resume to HR and the hiring manager. First round involved a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to complete a homework assignment consisting of on-the-job exercises that asked me to interpret financial trends and how i would approach strategic planning. The next round involved a half day 5 in-person interview with all the members of the finance team and business partners. The homework assignment really guides their interview questions, which were more directed towards understanding your thought process rather than any conventional fit or situational questions, so really study that. There was also a random brain teaser which was odd. I think it was a very thoughtful process that gave you a good gauge of what was expected of the role, although it was very time consuming. I also wished they had provided more meaningful feedback at the end as to why I didn't move on. On one hand it's great they are so positive and nice, but on the other hand it's hard to tell if you're really doing well or not.
