1st Interview - Traditional interview style. Really trying to get to know you as a person and what motivates you. They will ask about your personal history, role models in your life, etc. They really are just trying to see if you fit the personality and drive needed for this position. 2nd interview - If you make it past the 1st, they will assign a reading ( A message to Garica) and some SMART goals (long and short term). They will ask you your interpretation of the reading and how you think it is relevant to the position you're applying to. They will also go through all of your goals and see how Ethos Group can help you achieve them. 3rd interview - This one is with the dealership they think you will be a good fit with. If you have made it this far, it is likely you will get the job. This interview is more of a meet and greet and see if you fit with the company culture. I LOVED the interviewing process. It was extensive and time consuming. It really made me feel like they just don't take anyone. I realized this was not true at training. The company will lie to you. I asked repeatedly if I was going to make a base salary. They told me yes! It is actually a draw.
