They put a posting on craigslist. I emailed my resume and received a response the same day. I scheduled an interview for the next day. I sat in a conference room alone for about 45 minutes until the CEO finally arrived. He seemed uninterested in my resume and asked about my previous jobs. I explained that I had done project management before for an interior designer and he immediately said he "needed me" and hired me on the spot. Well, after asking what kind of car I drove; I don't think he would have hired someone who drove a honda or a toyota (unless it was a prius).
