The process was very straight forward. Initially, I interviewed with the Co-CEO. In addition, I interviewed with two other Sales Development Representatives. At that point, they emailed me an offer letter.

There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a with a recruiter, then a hiring manager, and a final one with the CEO and team a lead. I made it to the final round and never heard from them again, follow ups were ghosted as well.

Entretien
The interview process is very casual and conversational. Truly evaluating sales skills and personality types and not just asking a series of random questions. Loved the process and felt comfortable throughout.
