first i got phone interview with hr . they asked me about general questions , than user interview by video call than on site interview with hr and user. user interview was more into the technical and portfolio questions.

They sat down and looked at my portfolio and resume. They talked to me about my school and future plans. They then did a hands on project to see what I was capable of.

First there was an initial phone call with a few questions about me and why I'd be a good fit in this position. Then lead to an in person interview followed by a design exercise.

I applied in January. Then got a an email in February about two months later. Then had phone interview with the district manager. Then another interview with the district manager and studio manager. Then the design challenge.
