After sending your application, HR will contact you and arrange phone interview. The phone interview is more "chill" interview at least for me. They aimed to get to know the candidate better before proceeded into the next round.

unorganized set up, group interview style with 3 basic interview questions about why you wanna work there and how you handle feedback, and then a group activity to see how you work with groups

Positive overall but important to be prepared as towards the last stages can be really specific and quite complex. But all the interviewers were friendly and receptive and informative, so a good process overall.
