The Superday interview was a standard group interview with baseline questions to analyze each candidates skills and problem solving, but my second round interview was not similar to the interview guide ELC provided. My second round interview consisted of my interviewer asking me about school and what my interests were, which hindered my ability to discuss my previous experience and made me feel unprepared.
