The interview process was not well defined and ultimately was not given a reason for rejection. The questions were mostly behavioral in nature with specific questions about Estee Lauder's brands.

Attended on campus presentation at NYU, applied, received on campus interview. The person I interviewed with was very friendly and had previously attended the on-campus presentation. The interview questions were straight forward. They especially wanted to know why I wanted to work at EL and specifically how I am a match for the PMA program.
