HR team was very professional and prompt in the entire process. I interviewed online the HR talent acquisition manager in the morning and was arranged for an on-site interview with the hiring manager in a week's time. In the interview with the hiring manager, he mentioned I definitely could do the job but he was concerned about how I would fit into his team. I am in my 50s. Is this agesim?

Submitted online via website, received email from recruiter regarding scheduling time to do prescreen interview. Very flexible and accommodated modifications with current employer needs. Prescreen was amazing, very comfortable and able to discuss my skills as well as the role and company culture. Followed up and received follow up interview with hiring manager for 30 min interview. Again, hiring manager was very approachable and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Tremendous respect for the organization and follow up. I’ve had multiple interviews with this organization and every experience has been very similar.
