Please steer clear of this organization! I went against my better judgement because I truly appreciated the work that they do and wanted to join a mission-driven organization. After a first round interview where the [title redacted] arrived 20 minutes late, I completed a hiring exercise, followed by a 1.5 hour third round interview. I was then invited to a final in-person interview, which was scheduled to be two hours long. After confirming my availability for the final round, I never heard back. No cancellation, no explanation, and no response to my follow-up. I was simply ghosted. It's incredibly unprofessional to move a candidate through multiple LONG rounds, including a final stage, and then end communication entirely. Based on other reviews, this lack of respect for people's time and energy seems to be a pattern. Unfortunately, the culture I observed throughout the process only confirmed my earlier concerns. Save yourself the time and trouble with this org.
