Primary purpose was to gain insight on how I manage not so much my skill set. They are looking for people that can change a culture and engage the people to effect change.

Very poor follow up from the recruiters. No one knew anything about the position. The hiring manager did not know I was scheduled for an interview but he was kind enough to finish his lunch early and interview me. I was taken on a tour of the facility. The hiring manager was very knowledgeable and had a lot of tenure with the company.
