fresher: primary selection process if cleared will get you an offer letter and you are elligible to join as TSM and confirmation will be based on interview post OJT(on job training)
experienced: offer letter and confirmation both if interview is cleared

They just asked regular questions such as "How will manage this function without sales experience" and "why oil sales while your previous experience is something else ?" , "can you handle pressure?", "what is your commitment to the company ?" etc.. They just want us to be confident.
