The interview was pretty lengthy, and involved meeting a handful of key players in the department. It started as a one on one and then progressed to meeting the rest of the team. I was introduced and each team member then walked me through their job in the day to day. Overall everyone was very friendly and open to explaining things and taking time to go through this process.
