Very long and involved for no reason at all. I had 3 separate hour long interviews with the recruiter, tech person and HR. Then I was contacted to move on to the next and final ALL DAY interview. You read that right ALL DAY. I declined to move forward because I was offered another job opportunity where the interview process was less involved and it payed a lot more than what ESRI is offering.
