All day interview with some very nice folks. The campus is very pretty and walkable. Everyone was friendly. They seem very interested in fit and less concerned about technical ability. All in all it was a good experience.
HR call followed by call with an experienced instructor. Another HR call and then a full day of interviews in Redlands with knowledge and skills tests. In addition to assessing experience, the interviews assess culture fit, which is very important for success on the Instructor team.
The interview was a combination of 1:1 interviews, small-group socializing, and practical skills evaluation. Thorough process considers technical and presentation abilities, with a range of people from across the department.

Multiple interviews and two separate trainings that I was required to provide. The first interview was the most informal with just two esri reps. All other interviews had many more.
