The interview process was smooth, starting with an initial meeting with HR, followed by a conversation with the Industrial Designer, and concluding with a final meeting with the owner. After presenting and discussing my portfolio, they asked more specific and technical questions, though they were not overly complex.

The interview with Eskild Hansen felt less like an interview and more like a moment of self-reflection— a chance to reconsider what kind of designer I want to become. Instead of quick judgments or result-oriented questions, the conversation unfolded calmly around design attitudes and ways of working. That, in itself, left a strong impression on me.
