3 stages - phone screening, 15-min video interview, 10-min case study presentation to a panel that led to more questions about the case. We had 5 days to prepare the presentation deck.

Entretien
Phone interview > Teams interview > Case interview for a panel at the local office. I was kept very well informed through all stages of recruitment and the timeline was prompt. A week was provided to prepare for the case interview with outcomes being provided by end of week.

Was there anything you wanted to include in your case presentation that you had to leave out?
Present a case study in front of a group of senior consultants and some behavioral questions after the presentation. At the end, it was a meeting with two managers, which is mainly behavioral as well.
