Was ghosted after engaging in the interview process and told that I would hear back in a few business days. Those few business days turned into more than a month, and the “hearing back” was actually finding out they filled the role via LinkedIn. Nice touch though to send the rejection email template the day after. For a platform that boasts its focus on wellness, it would serve them well to also focus on etiquette and respect.
When I apply to roles, it’s important for me to only consider companies who’s product or service I would recommend to others even if I don’t end up working for them. I research what you do, see if it aligns with my values, and I make sure it would only take something major to sway my support and interest.
In other words, I go into this interview already a fan and ready to tell others about what you do.
Based on my interactions (or lack thereof) in this process, can’t say I recommend applying or their product.
