Getting hold of the hiring manager is a nightmare... and then you have to endure the endless bureaucracy of HR... after you have done all that you are thrown to an external screening company as neither the hiring manager nor the HR department has any way of understanding the hiring process... At the external company everything is repeated and then you are offered less than you agreed from the beginning, a very watered down role, a non-existent compensation package and they look genuinely offended when you asked what happened... as if you found out that they were cheating...

Entretien
Initially had a discovery call with an external recruiter and then she suggested to do an interview. After that pretty straight forward interview with the hiring managers. The whole second interview lasted 30 minutes with some back and fort, very willing to answer your questions.

Indepth but easy to scale if one his knowledgeable about the role. Its a three stage interview process, final one is with the HR team. Product knowledge is also valuable.

1st level- interactive and informative with the panel wanting to get to know more about the applicant. Great questions asked by the panel as they were direct and straight to the point. The interviewer was patient and did not judge nor make it uncomfortable to sit through
