J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ericsson (Budapest)
Entretien
First I was given some questionary and a logical test and then a programming test. In the logical test there were lot of short questions (most of it was easy). I think the aim here was to try to do as many as you can, of course correctly but it was not an expectations to finish with all the questions.
The programming test took 2 hours, and it consisted of 4 tasks. You could choose the programing language, but before you started this test you have the possibility to do an example one. The tasks weren't hard. In the last task I was given a bad code and I needed to correct it. And there was a condition which said the code must be changed at maximum 3 places.
In this section the hard part was that there were just 1 or 2 example input. And with the exmaple inputs the outputs were correct even the code wasn't.
And then in a few days a colleauge of Ericsson contacted me to say that I can go to the next step in the hiring process. which was the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the interview I didn't have to do any logical or programming exercise. I was asked about average guestins such as What is your hobby, What dou you know about the company Ericsson, Why do you want to work here, What is/are your motivation(s),
Then I was asked about my experiences and my hobby projects.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
