Third party HR is doing recruitment.Its a big mess.They will commit some thing and they will give u some thing after joining.Beware of this guys.They will offer u some thing.But never trust them.After joining they will tell we don't have approval and we cannot give offered figures..Unprofessional Unethical recruitment

Entretien
Very straight forward and easy going. Interview was the result of networking within the business so I would consider it an informal one. This is a classic example of how important it is to got to know people in the work place. No challenging questions about past or current work and I basically defined my job description for the new role.
