Interview process consist first round of written exam and after that 2 rounds of interview.
In written exam there were 250 candidates and announcement of only 7 people were called for next round of interview.
First i had a one on one intervene with hiring manager and next round was with General Manager of that department.

It was 1 day long, not very hectic, started from 10am and ended at 6pm, at the end of the process they revealed who were selected so didnt have to wait long, written round was well organised as well as techincal and HR interview.

Average difficulty, based on telecom domain such as GSM structure, cell clustering etc, purely telecom techincal interview, HR round was good also, before that the written round was average difficulty and well organised.

Aptitute test consist of maths and logical and english section.
after that technical and hr round taken by single person questions are related to networking and telecommunication meaning ,In hr general questions like tell me about urself and shift and job time etc

Technical round face to face.
Telephonic hr interview and other communication through mail and telephone. But the total recruitment process was very long close to a month and a half. Recruitment process must be made faster.
