Applied online, get telephone interview in 1 week, topics including english skill evaluation, resume confirm and job description. Within two weeks joined the group interview hosted by Director and HR, topic is open and presentation required. Passing rate approximately around 1/10 this round. Finally meet line manager and HR for detail within another two weeks

the topic for group discussion for me is to set up a goal (totally open, could be anything), break it down, make execution plan, assign every into the plan, then make every one tell how he/she would act
The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
