friendly asked what i knew about the company, an example of a project that demonstrated teamwork and one that demonstrated technical ability. Asked about my general coding skills and then some specific technical questions

First I did self introduction then I was asked some questions. Both HR and project manager were there. They asked questions in turn. most of the questions were about the technique.

It was fine. The interview was not for long. It all depends on panel and interview. Mine was technical based more. Whereas a friend of mine got a panel where it was hr and project based question asked.
