Applied online but only got an interview once I went into the store and spoke with a manger. Had the interview on the spot, but was never notified about my status.

Entretien
It was a lively environment, positive. You have to scan a QR code to fill out a quick application on who the employer is interviewing. It was raining so you be interviewed by the food bar. They ask you typical questions like why work for Erewhon, and can you deal with constructive criticism simple questions.

Apply at home but when you arrive your ask to fill out a paper application, you apply for department job but asked to work in a different department from the one you did an application for.
