I had an interview with the Marketing Director, who assigned me a non-paid task to create a flyer afterward. Unfortunately, after I completed the assignment, I never received any follow-up communication. Even if their decision was that the quality of work wasn’t up to standard, it’s unprofessional not to provide a response or acknowledgment after asking someone to invest their time and effort. Clear communication is important in any professional setting, and this experience fell short.
