3 interviews. First interview you meet the individual who will be your boss and showing you the ropes. Second interview you’ll go up the chain and learn more about the company including employee benefits possible compensation benefits. Third interview is more of a personality interview. Just shoot the stuff but come in with a couple of topics of conversation to avoid awkward silence.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
