J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) en sept. 2017
Entretien
I had to go through 5 interviews. 1st interview was pretty straight forward the interviewer gauged my competence and personality to see if i will be a good fit for the firm. The second was a continuation of the first and I was told a little more about the position. The third interview wasn't much of an interview, at this point I was told what was required of me and to make sure I understand and willing to put in the work. Also, I was asked if I believe this is for me but to take a week to think about it. On the forth interview I gave my answer that I still wanted it. I was given an assignment to create a business plan, which i presented on the fifth interview. I was given an offer on the spot.
The biggest advise I can give you to pass the interview process is that you have to show that you really want it. There is a high turn over in the company so if they see you hesitate you won't get an offer

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
