Went in-person to interview site given. Met with a few different managers. The managers had me cycle between them to do speed-round interviews. Asked about my background. Asked if I had any retail sales experience

Fairly easy - pretty obvious they're also looking for someone flexible to work shifts and cover aswell. The interviewer was nice, interviewed with three of the managers and one of them pick you based on their need and which area they manage.

Via zoom was fine but impersonal and straight from the book didn’t feel organic. Felt like he was reading from a script. I didn’t think I was asked any questions that pertained to my individual experience
