It was quick and easy. It's a good position for sociable people.
It seemed like they really needed sales people and explained it is challenging. Your pay greatly increases if you meet and exceed the quota.

Fairly easy - pretty obvious they're also looking for someone flexible to work shifts and cover aswell. The interviewer was nice, interviewed with three of the managers and one of them pick you based on their need and which area they manage.
